Welcome to Stinmoda. By shopping with us at www.stinmoda.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding returns, payments, shipping, privacy, and general use. Please read each section carefully.
1. Return & Exchange Policy
Return Policy:
You may return items purchased online within 7 days from the date of receiving your shipment.
Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Accessories and swimwear are not eligible for return.
In the case of a faulty item, we guarantee its replacement.
If purchased from www.stinmoda.com, items can be returned online.
Online Return Process:
Log in to your account on www.stinmoda.com or the Stinmoda app.
Go to “My Orders” and click the “Return” icon.
Complete the return form and submit it.
Once the item is received and checked at Stinmoda’s warehouse, the refund will be processed within 48 hours.
Return processing may take up to 14 days from the shipping date.
Important Notes:
No exchanges, only returns are allowed.
The AWB expires after 7 days. Returns sent after this will be rejected.
You may inquire about your return or refund within 14 days of handing the shipment to the courier.
Return Shipping Costs:
Within Saudi Arabia: Original shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
International or GCC orders: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Promotion Returns:
Return conditions for discounted orders, promo codes, and special offers will be outlined on the site during the offer period.

3. Shipping Information
Shipping Within Saudi Arabia:
Shipping Fee: SAR 20
Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 5 business days after the order is handed to the shipping company.
Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any return or refund.
Delivery Delays:
Please note: During sales, seasonal promotions, or high-demand periods, deliveries may experience delays.
